We are following carefully the directions and procedures put in place by the government and we encourage our clients to do the same. We are closely following indications from the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as from provincial authorities. The government identified hotels as essential services.
The well-being and health of our guests and of our team are crucial to us. The standards as the sanitation and hygiene of our establishment is diligently observed, and raised :
- We installed protective screens at our reception and a larger desk to speed arrival.
- Common areas are cleaned 24/7.
- Our apartments are prepared in 2 steps. First, we clean meticulously and then, we disinfect with our special equipment. We equipped ourselves with the best cleaning technologies on the market to disinfect surfaces efficiently with our Vapore 3000 Aspira Injection. - We indicated procedures to respect physical distancing at our elevators and common areas. Moreover, we limited access to our establishment with a security control to respect all government measures by all our residents.
- All our apartments have individual autonomous air systems.
- We offer a wide range of take-out meals and beverages that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own suite, as every room comes with a fully equipped kitchen.
- We provide assistance with your personal delivery and make sure that it’s delivered to your door.
- For your enjoyment, it’s possible to safely open many windows of your apartment to enhance fresh air.
- Each apartment has their own private balconies.
- Face masks are mandatory at all times.
- We only accept the number of guests mentioned in the reservation. Charges are applicable for additional guests depending on the capacity of each apartment.
Our staff received instructions and training on the new measures to adopt including:
- Frequent and adequate hand washing
- Avoiding contact at all times
- Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth
